RepA-LuxR

The improved LuxR(BBa_C0062) with faster degradation speed.

Experience

We added a RepA tag on the N terminal of LuxR, which could lead to the faster degradation with the existing of the protease ClpAP. By our real time protein expression activated by RepA-LuxR, we confirmed that the added tag did not affect the common function. However, we didnot have time this year to test its added function of degradation.
