Part:BBa_K3841008
Methanol regulated promoter AOX1
The AOX1 promoter region from Komagataella phaffii (previously referred to as Pichia pastoris) with 89% identity to Part:BBa_I764001. The AOX1 promoter (BBa_I764001) is a methanol-inducible promoter [1] commonly used in K. phaffii GS115 to control the expression [2].
