pCAG_CD63_Asn180_6xHis_HiBit_MCP

This plasmid encoded for CD63 fused to the HiBiT peptide and MCP. The 6xHis Tag inserted into the large extracellular loop at Asn180 of CD63 is used to facilitate purification of successfully engineered exosomes. It is used to target fluc specifically into exosomes via MCP-MS2 connection. The HiBit peptide is used for detection via luminescence.
