This sequence encodes for an engineered version of CD63 fused to the HiBiT peptide and L7Ae. The 6xHis Tag inserted into the large extracellular loop of CD63 is used to facilitate purification of succesfully engineered exosomes. It is used to target fluc specifically into exosomes via L7Ae-C/Dbox connection. The HiBit peptide is used for detection via luminiscence.
