Part:BBa_K3112043
mRFP+HIS3 Chromosome Horizontal Transfer Elements
This part was designed to transform mRFP into Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome.
The mRFP in the part was codon optimized for being suitable for Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
The final significance is to characterize the horizontal transfer of Saccharomyces cerevisiae chromosomes in the fusion system and to confirm its expression in the fusion system.
Before fusion, we also characterize its function to prove its validity.

We transformed mRFP into the genome of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and expressed it, and photographed it with a fluorescence microscope before and after fusion to confirm whether this chromosome has metastasized.
If red fluorescence is detected from the fusion system after red light excitation, then the entire chromosome can be proved to have metastasized without being digested.
