Ecotin tag for the proinsulin gene block

This Ecotin tag is used to send the protein to the periplasm. This Ecotin tag is based off of the iGEM17_Sydney_Australia Ecotin tag (BBa_K2417010). However, this DNA sequence differs from the BBa_K2417010 ecotin tag due to the existence of a pstI site in this sequence (CTGCAG). However, analysis of the sequences on serial cloner confirms that the protein sequences are the same.

This Pst1 site was erroneously added while codon optimizing the Insulin Gene blocks on IDT
