Terminator 667 for Lactobacillus spp. This loop terminator has been used several times in plasmids that are meant to be used in a wide arrange of Lactobacillus, the sequence is present in several different expression plasmids that proved to function for inducible and constitutive expression in Lactobacillus. This terminator was designed so it could be Rho independent [1]. The terminator also appears in other plasmid devices such as pTRK892 meant to be used in Lactobacillus [2], which is present in commercial repositories.
