csgA-dCBD (Curli fibers attachable to cellulose)

The plasmid created has a protein subunit with a cellulose binding domain at the end in order to allow an E. coli cell to encase itself in cellulose. Curli are hairlike surface proteins that cover E. coli, permitting the bacteria to adhere to surfaces. The CsgA subunits are the building blocks that make up the fibrous section of curli. If a cellulose binding domain could be attached to each CsgA subunit, the cell could encapsulate itself in cellulose. This characteristic would render the cell resistant to digestion in a human GI tract.

NOTE: This part is an improvement on Part BBa_K1321340, just the dCBD by itself.
