Rho-OR1D2(HEK293)

It's an olfactory receptor(OR1D2) coding sequence of 293FK with Rho-tag in the N-terminal in PSB1C3 plasmid skeleton. If you want to use it, you should digest it with the enzyme such as PstⅠ/XbaⅠ to get the fragments. Then you need to add the restriction sites on both sides of the sequence by PCR. We have provide you with a pair of reference primers below. Then you need to clone the fragment into the vector pcDNA3.1(+) to ensure that it's normally expressed. Before ligation, you need to digest the vector and the fragments with the enzyme(HindⅢ/XhoⅠ)
