IPTG inducible cI repressor cloned with LuxI gene

It is an intermediate part, but also can be used as a generator. The cI (lambda) represor has a pLac promoter, so you can induce it with IPTG. Then there is a LuxI gene with a pLux/cI right promoter. This part can be used for projects for regulation with Lux systems. When IPTG is present, the LuxI gene is inactivated
