T7-RBS-ssDsbA-PDZ Domain-Voltage Switch-Dioxygenase

This biobrick is the counterpart of the part: T7-RBS-ssDsbA-PDZ Ligand-Voltage sensor peptide-Laccase (BBa_K1092025), and is composed of the voltage switch (BBa_K1092009 & BBa_K1092010) and the Dioxygenase (BBa_K1092002) and Laccase (BBa_K1092004). In this example, we explore the possiblity of using our novel voltage switch as a fast control of reaction rate. We made use of the Laccase and Dioxygenase as an example to illustrate this.
