This biobrick is the one of the three final Intergrated constructs of the project Peptidor by Team TU Delft iGEM 2013. This has a Promoter pBAD with the AIP receiver to sense the AIPs followed by a His6 SUMO tagged peptide along with a TetR which suppresses the timer module containing promoter pTET, cI is produced which suppresses pcI. Then Ulp protease is produced following by a Kill switch lysis device.
