p48 synthetic promoter for L.plantarum

p48 synthetic constitutive strong promoter for Lactobacillus plantarum.
Design description in 'A synthetic promoter library for constitutive gene expression in Lactobacillus plantarum', Microbiology (2006), 152, 1011–1019.

BBa_K1678004 has been used to build BBa_K1678006, promoting the expression of mCerulean.
After transformation, cells were expressing mCerulean, showing that the promoter was working in E. coli
