Human Insulin cDNA
This is the human insulin sequence with no introns. Since there are no introns, it can be easily integrated into bacterial genomes or plasmids to produce human insulin. Insulin is used to help store glucose.
Multiple parts improvements have been made in the 2017 competition, and can be found on the following pages: https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2417000 https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2417001 https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2417006
