Benzalacetone reductase with 100% UTR

Description
An enzyme, Benzalacetone Reductase (BBa_M36705) is produced to catalyze the reaction converting benzalacetone to raspberry ketone. 5' UTR operates at 100% efficiency. Terminator operates at 99% efficiency. Must receive PoPS signal from upstream sensor.

BEWARE - A COMPONENT OF THIS PART, BENZALACETONE REDUCTASE BBa_M36705, HAS BEEN SHOWN TWICE SEPARATELY NOT TO REDUCE BENZALACETONE. BE WARY OF USING THIS PART. SEE EXPERIENCE PAGE OF BBa_M36705 FOR DETAILS. Cambridge-JIC 2014

Device input is PoPS.

Device output is Benzalacetone Reductase Diagram for BioE 44 Project.jpg

This Standard Biological Part just contains the Actuator portion of this diagram. The sensor portion is NOT included in this part. Any promotor that generates PoPS can be used.
