Pb (II) Sensor

This sensor will detect the lead in the form of Pb (II) within the cell environment. The promoter is constitutive, and it promotes the MTF-1 DNA sequence which acts as a transcription factor for the following promoter. Ideally, this sensor is coupled with an actuator or signal output device to detect lead in the cellular environment.
