ADH; converts ethanol to/from acetaldehyde; no STOP codon

ADH = Alcohol Dehydrogenase. This construct codes for both ADH1, which converts acetaldehyde to ethanol, and ADH2, which converts ethanol to acetaldehyde. ADH1 is activated by the presence of acetaldehyde, while ADH2 is activated by the presence of ethanol. This construct is regulated by any PoPS-regulating sensor.
