Tenebrio Molitor Antifreeze Protein without Secretion Tag
This is an actuator that will generate antifreeze proteins in yeast and hopefully, reduce ice growth within the yeast themselves. This part is specific because it does not have a yeast secretion tag on it because we do not know whether the signal peptide on the sequence will naturally be secreted (it is still an area of study within the field).
