Transcription Factor lldR
This is the segment of DNA that codes for the lldR protein, which is a transcription factor that regulates the lldPRD operon. In the absence of lactate, lldR binds to the operon lldPRD and inhibits transcription of the gene downstream.
Includes coding sequence from START to STOP codon. Promotor, RBS, terminator, and lldPRD operon not included.
