lambda cI inverter (Q04510) directing transcription of mRFP (I13507). Constructed with standard assembly except PCR from VF and VR primers was used to generate Q04510 fragment with four-part inverter. Cells carrying M30004 are pink, however because PCR was used for cloning there may be silent mutations in the insert. M30004 is clone #2. A second clone will be saved as M30003.
