Complete Phasin Secretion Construct

This construct contains all of the components necessary for the secretion of phasin through type I secretion. Phasin is fused to the HlyA secretion signal peptide under high constitutive expression. The construct also contains the HlyB and HlyD membrane proteins that interact with the HlyA tag and allow secretion.
