S. oneidensis decaheme cytochrome c mtrA

This part consists of Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 gene mtrA with native RBS. MtrA is a decaheme cytochrome c responsible for electron transport within periplasm and was demonstrated to reduce soluble iron (III) to iron (II).
