Yellow with promoter 3

This is the expression cassette that we built containing amilGFP, promoter 3, and the B0034 RBS. To the naked eye, it appears yellow. Under UV light, it fluoresces green.


Usage and Biology


Colour quality. The amilGFP (yellow) colour was used as reporter in this experiment as it only takes a few seconds to analyze. The above figure shows the yellow color expression of this colour cassettes under the UV light, to the naked eye, and overnight culture. Sequence and Features
