Red with promoter 3

This is expression cassette that we built containing RFP, promoter 3, and the B0034 RBS. It is red to the naked eye and under UV light it fluoresces red colour.


Usage and Biology


Colour quality. RFP was used as reporter in the experiment as it only takes a few seconds to analyze. The above figure shows the red colour expression of this cassette under UV light,to the naked eye, and in an overnight culture. Sequence and Features
