GalU generator repressed by CRP (directly)

GalU is controlled by promoter Pcar which can be repressed by CRP-cAMP complex.So the expression of GalU will be repressed at high concentration of CRP-cAMP complex.On the contrary,GalU can be expressed at low concentration of CRP-cAMP complex.
