Bovine Pancreatic DNase I (in yeast mt codon table)
Bovine Pancreatic DNase I, we change the codon in yeast mt codon table, allowing it to be produced in yeast mitochondria. This is used to fragmentate the mt DNA to make mt dysfunction(mimic the respiration dysfunction) to trigger RTG pathway(retrograde signaling from mt to nucleus) to transport the signal to host cell.
