Generator of ami-RNA for PGC1-α

BBa_K788002 can be transcribe into pri-miRNA and then finally processed into mature amiRNA designed to interfere mammal's PGC1-α expression. This gene came originally from Arabidopsis thaliana. Replacement of its natural miRNA segment to a designed one is used to produce artificial miRNAs.
