CMV MammoBlock

MammoBlock L4R1 Promoter vector with human cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter, one of the strongest promoters described. CMV promoter is based on the RNA polymerase II system, and thus drives higher-level constitutive expression of genes in a wider variety of mammalian cell lines than RNA polymerase III-based promoters, such as U6 and H1.
