PtetcIT-PcIGLT: atc->cI->GFP(lva)

This part contains PtetcIT(BBa_K750102) and PcIGLT(BBa_K750103). Atc can activate the promoter pBAD and start up expression of cI protein. Protein cI will activated promoter PcI to repress the expression of GFP(lva). We use this part to make a bright cell turn to dark, to meet demand of number switching.
