avi-RFP [AviTagged red fluorescent protein]

Avi-RFP codes for RFP with an appended biotinylation marker. When attached to a promoter, it can be used as a red fluorescent reporter which will be biotinylated by E coii. if cultured with biotin. This reporter can then be used in biotin-streptavidin binding applications.
