OmpA+Linker+point_Mutant_HPLC6(AFP)

This is basic part which has a sequence containing the OmpA Transmembrane Domain, linked to the point mutant HPLC6 (Anti-freeze protein) gene. This part cna be traslated to produce the Antifreeze protein on the outermembrane of the E.Coli. The function of this protein is to raise the Freezing Point.
