pBad+RFPc

This reporter part is a combination of a pBad promoter (inducible with arabinose) and a RFP gene. The purpose of this part is to provide the user with a simple, but complete, inducible genetic device. This is useful if the user plans to build a larger plasmid construct in a short time or characterize a specific part. But It is important for the user to determine if his or her cell line contain AraC gene, since AraC gene is required to actually induce pBad promoter with arabinose.
