yeast vector with CIT2-Tor

Yeast vector contains CIT2-Tor. When TORC1 is inactive, the mutated tor will be expressed and increase the activity of TORC1. This device helps yeast resist amino starvation and inhibitors. The plasmid contains LEU2, pBS ori, KanR, CEN/ARS，mutated TOR.
