Built in two strong expressing RBSs, ilvC, ilvD, 37’celcius regulator RBS, tetR and terminator (Part:BBa_K539642 with Part:BBa_K332033). It catalyze 2-Acetolactate into 2-Ketoisovalerate in isobutanol synthesis pathway and inhibit Ptet contained circuit when the temperature hit 37’C or higher. It could be applied in your interest part.
