Built in Plac promoter(Part:BBa_R0010), followed by 37’celcius regulator RBS (Part:BBa_K115002) and vioD(Part:BBa_K539413). It catalyze protodeoxyviolaceinic acid(PVA) into protoviolaceinic acid when the temperature hit 37’C or higher.It can be added any part you want to improvise its function.
