Light-controlled gene therapy composite element based on XPC disease 1
In this composite part, the UAS sequence can be recognized by the Gal4 sequence, the XPC is used to express the normal XPC protein in the patient, and the P2A sequence is used to promote the translation of the same mRNA strand for the expression of GFP and RUP2, and the expression of RUP2 will have a negative feedback effect on the system.
