Blue Fluorescent Protein Generator (Hef1a-EBFP2) MammoBlock Device

This MammoBlock composite device produces the enhanced blue fluorescent protein EBFP2 at a low, constitutive level.

Figure 1 below shows blue EBFP2 fluorescence driven by Hef1a; Figure 2 shows a bright field of the same culture.
