Part:BBa_K5048059
HSP60
HSP60(heat shock protein 60) codes for the membrane protein of small intestinal epithelial cells, which can adhere to LAP.
Design Notes
HSP60 is a protein expressed on the cell membrane of the human intestine epithelia and can bind to LAP.

Expriments
We handed this original sequence to the biology company Tsingke and implemented condon optimization. To facilitate the detection of protein products, we added a FLAG tag at the C-terminal of the protein forming HSP60-FLAG(BBa_K5048059) and inserted this improved sequence into pET-28a backbone to create the plasmid HSP60-FLAG.
Applications of BBa_K5048059
We use this part as an adhesin to achieve cell-cell adhesion.
