This plasmid backbone is a construct similar to pRS425. It was constructed from pRS426, with cloning primers already deposited on the Registry (BBa_K50070013, BBa_K50070014, BBa_K50070019, BBa_K50070020), and part BBF10K_000471, which is the ScLEU2 auxotrophy mark from FreeGenes’ Open Yeast Collection. It contains the exact same important regions as the original plasmid, because both pRS425 and pRS426 are constructed from similar backbones. pRS425s is a little bigger than the original plasmid, but it has the same general structure.
