MST2 (mutant)

MST2 protein with L34A, G36A, and X42A. The mutated amino acid site is a predicted known binding site for MST2 to the small molecule drug CX-6258. We mutated it and tested whether the small molecule could still disrupt the binding of MST2 to STRN3 to demonstrate the mechanism of action of the small molecule.
