GmPilA mutant 1

GmPilA encodes the monomer that can assemble into type Ⅳ pilus in Geobacter metallireducens which is electric conductive.The type, number and relative position of the aromatic amino acids inside the pili change the conductivity of the pili. This variant of GmPilA has three mutation alleles which are A31F,Q55F and N59F.GmPilA mutant 1 was predicted to have higher conductivity than wild type pili of Geobacter metallireducens.
