This is a synthetic arsenic binding protein

This is a synthetic arsenic binding protein based on ArsR from E. coli designed using the protein MPNN neural network. Did not express well in E. coli DE3 cells. We switched to T7 Shuffle cells as they express cysteine rich proteins better and this resulted in strong expression.
