Length: 35bp
It is the target dsDNA of sgRNA_D in the 2023 project of AFMU_China team. After the binding of Cas12a to the WED domain of sgRNA_D, base complementary pairing occurs between assistant DNA_D and sgRNA_D, and trans-cleavage occurs. After cleaving, a stable ternary complex of Cas12a_sgRNA_D_assistant DNA_D was formed to realize the trans-cleaving activity of Cas12a.
