ARO10-adh6

Tyrosol generation unit using tyrosine. In the rhodioloside production pathway we built, tyrosine can be converted to 4-HPAA by intrinsic pathway in E.coli, then this unit makes use of 4-HPAA to form tyrosol.

Characterization

ARO10-adh6 tyrosol generation unit has been proved its capability for generating tyrosol at different levels and different improvements. It has a rhodioloside yield of over 7mg/L 36h after induction via IPTG.
