Pasr promoter

In this year's Gluten Enzymatic Intestinal Guardians project, the area where we want to colonize the intestinal microbiota is located in the duodenum region, and because of its specific location the pH of this environment is skewed towards acidic. Therefore, in the adhesion module we used the Pasr promoter as an initiating element for the adhesion protein surface display technology.The Pasr promoter, with a length of 140 bp, it is responsive promoter native to E.coli and it induces transcription in relatively acidic conditions (pH 5-6).
