SrpR SV40NLS for S. cerevisae expression

SrpR is a repressor usually only used in E. coli. This part is codon optimized for S. cerevisae expression to be used in repression systems in a S. cerevisae chassis. The fused SV40-NLS (BBa_K4706010) is necessary for a successful repression system for Chromosomal integrated DNA as its allows the SrpR to be localised inside the Nucleus.
