Design Notes

This device uses:

  • AB_T7_lacO promoter (BBa_J435350)
  • BC_BCD23 RBS (BBa_J435385)
  • EF_T7term terminator (BBa_J435361)

All non-coding parts and linkers were chosen from the E. coli Protein Expression Toolkit collection.
This device is compatible with AF vectors.
FLANKED 5' fusion site: GGAG, 3' fusion site: CGCT.
