TAT2 eGFP

TAT2-eGFP is a N-Terminal fusion of the Trans-Activator of Transcription 2 (TAT2) cell penetrating peptide (cpp) (BBa_K4669016) to eGFP (BBa_K4669015). A HA-tag (BBa_K4669019) between these two sequences acts as both a linker and affinity purification tag. Additionally, a polyhistidine tag (BBa_K3113011) at the C-Terminus can be used for affinity purification, which can be removed by TEV protease cleavage through a upstream TEV protease recognition site (BBa_K1362453).
