Anchor Peptide, LCI
The anchor peptide is LCI, polymer binding peptide, which was used for the binding of the fusion protein to polypropylene.
To facilitate the binding, we used the fusion construct of the anchor peptide(BBa_K4658003), with the linker peptide(BBa_K4658000), AviTag(BBa_K4658002), AviTag Spacer(BBa_K4658001), and EGFP (BBa_K3033009 ) or NLuc(BBa_K1159001) which binds to the polypropylene, which can be confirmed by measuring the fluorescence or luminescence after multiple washes.
