Overview

Complete transcriptional unit of fapR (BBa_K4624003), which encodes a transcription factor from Bacillus subtilis, regulated by the AraC/PBAD inducible system.


Experiments

This level 1 (alpha) construct was assembled in order to be combined with the constuct (BBa_K4624010) carying the FapR-responsive promoter PFR1 (BBa_K4624000). The successful insertion of the construct into the pDGB3α2 vector was confirmed through restriction-digestion reaction and gel electrophoresis (Fig. 1).
